The invention refers to a gas burner with low nitrogen oxide emissions for steam boilers, hot water boilers or industrial ovens. According to the invention, the gas burner is made up of an aperture (1) that is connected to an air box (4) that is pierced by some spear-pipes (8a and 8b) that supply the combustion gases, each of them having, next to the box (4), a seal (12) with two flanges that are fixed (13) and mobile (15) respectively. The mobile flange (15) allows the spear-pipes (8a and 8b) to rotate around their own axes through the use of a handle (18) in order to optimise the air and gas mixture for burning.
