The invention refers to a bifunctional folding table with incorporated folding chairs made up of a frame (1) that consists of some longitudinal half-frames (13), a central frame (14), a support board (15), a transversal front half-frame (16) and a transversal back half-frame (17). The whole frame (1) is joined to the table top (2) by means of a rotating bushing (4), the table being equipped with some fixed legs (30, 33) and some left-right folding legs (3) due to some hinges (5).
