FIELD: devices for connecting belt straps for touristic and serviceman equipping. SUBSTANCE: adjusting-connecting system has connecting member formed as rectangular frame with planar plank movably mounted on short sides of frame. One side of plank is provided with beveled parts and projects relative to frame plane to greater extent than other side. Connecting member is loosely fixed on article and is provided with tape embracing outer longer side of frame and tape end disposed on plank. Device is further provided with locking member and adjusting buckle having tape-flag.
