LOOP ELECTRODE

摘要

FIELD: ion-optic systems of ion accelerators; ionic engines. SUBSTANCE: loop electrode has parallel-mounted electrode members secured on loop by means of link fastenings and spacing devices for electrode members. The latter are made in the form of rods stretched by wire links. End sections on at least one side of rods rest with their side surfaces on flat surface of adjusting beam mounted in loop for rotation. Wire links are secured to end sections of rods opposite supporting surface of beam. Rods may be formed in flat plate by parallel slits. Spacing device is made in the form of at least one toothed rack secured on beam. EFFECT: improved focusing properties of electrode systems, reliable serviceability and stability of characteristics. 4 cl, 2 dwgc
