PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate change of properties of ink of an ink regulator of a low cost with simple handing and management of treatment liquid and lasting effect by forming a film of polyester resin modified material on a surface, and improving the wettability to ink. SOLUTION: An ink regulator body adopts synthetic resin such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS resin), acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, polypropylene or polyacetal. The polyacetal is optimum. A film of polyester resin modified material is formed on the surface of the regulator. At this time, the regulator is dipped in treatment liquid of the modified material for a predetermined time, and then taken out. Excess liquid is removed by spinning, and then naturally dried or dried by heating. |
