PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharged paper storage mechanism which improves the operation property when postcard and thick paper are printed by reducing the number of parts and man-hour and cost of dismantling work and eliminating a danger in the operation. SOLUTION: When thick paperγfor printing is discharged, it is discharged from a printerαand then passes an opening for discharging paper 101a of a casing 101 by closing a discharged paper receiver 102 in a top face storage part of the casing 101 to discharge the paper. Secondly, when ordinary paper for printingβis printed, an operator opens the discharged paper receiver 102 and pulls it out by sliding a paper holder 104 so that the paper is discharged from the printerα, then passes the opening for discharging paper 101a of the casing 101, moves on a plurality of ribs 102b and a rail 102c, then moves on the paper holder 104, and is supported from below by the discharged paper receiver 102 forming about 45 degrees from an installation face and the paper holer 104 upon completion of the discharge from the printerαand is stored.
