PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect an apparatus, which is mis-inserted or arranged at a wrong position by providing a sensor in a seating part, inspecting the light reflected from a component by the sensor, outputting the signal and analyzing that signal. SOLUTION: A burn-in board(BIB) loader/unloader has an X-servo 102 and a Y-servo 104. Instructions are imparted by a programmable controller 115. This system can be used for selecting a component from a tray and inserting the component or used for taking out the part from a socket at the BIB and for returning the component to the tray. A pair of nozzles 190, which pass through a nozzle main body 175, are supported by the controller 115 and connected to an air pressure supply source or a vacuum supply source by lines via a fitting 185. A sensor 200, which performs communication with the controller 115, senses vacuum/pressure in the line. |
