PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a comprehensive management at a fault management company by notifying a management server having an external hyper text transfer protocol(HTTP) of fault information through a security system outside an intranet. SOLUTION: This device comprises network connection equipment 1 connected to an intranet, a network management server 2 for allowing an in-house intranet management to execute n-house network management, a fire wall 3 for maintaining in-corporate security, a fault management company 4 for remote- controlling network-connected equipment, and a parts service company 5 for selling and correcting parts that composes the network-connected equipment. The network-connected equipment 1 issues fault information by using the HTTP. The management server 2 in the intranet is notified of the fault information, and a management server that has an external HTTP is notified of the fault information through a security system outside the intranet.
