PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a tire non-slip device by a method wherein roll-in phenomenon and roll-up phenomenon occurring to the part, corresponding to the tread part of a tire, of a net constituting piece is effectively prevented from occurring. SOLUTION: A net constitution piece 6 made of a metal is arranged to integrally intercouple a pair of front and rear coupling belt parts 14 and 14 extending in the direction of the width of a tire through a plurality of network parts 18 (18A, 18B) 21. A plurality of the net constituting pieces 6 are juxtaposed in the peripheral direction of the tire. In a so formed division type tire non-slip device mounted on the tire, reinforcing ribs, extending peripherally of the tire and having one end integrally coupled to the coupling belt part 14 and the other end integrally coupled on the opposite coupling part 14 of the network part 18A are caused to span in the network part 18A, corresponding to the tread part of the tire, of a plurality of the network parts 18A and 18B adjoining to the coupling belt part 14.
