<p>A pair of sliding plates (120, 160) engage respective moveable structures such as the actuating lever (80) of an existing wall switch, and are housed in a cover plate body (20). A cam engages a cam follower on respective contact blades. The pair of contact blades are positioned between the sliding plates (120, 160). Movement of either lever (80) through an intermediate position causes a respective contact blade to engage and form a momentary electrical contact with the other blade.</p> |
