Winding arrangement and winding frame for fire fighter emergency lines holds lines in instant readiness but preventing accidental release

The lines employed by fire fighters in emergencies are stowed in standard linen bags. Following use and prior to stowage, the lines are prepared for re-use by winding on a frame in a cross-layered arrangement. Following re-winding, the frame is disassembled and removed from the line pack which is then placed in the linen storage bag.
