PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly heat in a furnace and to suppress generating of an NOx by inducing a part of a burned exhaust gas in a furnace or exhausted from the furnace, and burning it together with a combustion gas. SOLUTION: A combustion gas G is supplied into a combustion air to be supplied from a gas supply unit 5 to an air supply unit 6. As the gas G, for example, an LPS or the like is used. Further, a combustion exhaust gas channel 16 is formed to mix a burned exhaust gas g in a furnace with the gas G, and connected to a venturi member 22 formed to throttle a sectional area of a combustion gas channel 17. With the constitution thus formed, the gas(g) in the furnace is induced into the channel 17 in the channel 16 by utilizing a flow of the gas G in the channel 17. Thus, a flame 6 becomes a slow combustion in the furnace by mixing the gas G with the gas(g), and its temperature is lowered, thereby reducing an NOx.
