PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording material which is excellent in base and image light-resistances even when being exposed under light of a wide wavelength range, and also, by which a sufficiently high coloring sensitivity can be obtained, and at the same time, wherein the base section does not discolor to a pink color at the initial stage of an exposure even when a specific coupling component is used. SOLUTION: In this heat-sensitive recording material wherein a supporting body is provided with at least a heat-sensitive recording layer, a vinyl ester compound, which is selected from a group comprising a multifunctional methacrylate compound, a multifunctional acrylate compound, a maleate compound, and a fumaric acid ester compound, is contained in the heat-sensitive recording layer. |
