PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system capable of efficiently washing soles while preventing the washing and sterilizing effect of a washing liquid from being degraded. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a container 12 having an opening at its upper part and storing a washing liquid 11, a float 20 floated on the liquid surface of the washing liquid 11 stored in the container 12 and sunk down into the washing liquid by getting on of a person wearing shoes 3 being objects to be washed, and a diaphragm 30 erected at the edge of the float 20 to restrict flowing in of the washing liquid 11 onto the float 20 at the time of getting on. Thus, when the person wearing the shoes gets onto the float, rapid flowing in of the washing liquid onto the float can be avoided and inconvenience such as splashing up of the washing liquid, or the like, is exactly prevented. |
