PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent color-developing sensitivity, whiteness, etc., by making a thermal recording body contain 4-benzyloxy-4'-diphenyl sulfone, an epoxy resin or a crosslinked compound in addition to a dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone compound expressed by a specific formula, basic colorless dye and a sulfonamide compound. SOLUTION: A thermosensible color-developing layer contains at least one kind of dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone compound expressed by the formula, as an organic developer, and 3-di-n-pentylamino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluoran as basic colorless dye. In the formula, R1 and R2 each denote 1-8C alkyl or alkenyl or halogen atoms and (a) and (b) integers of 0-3. It contains at least one kind of sulfonamide compound and, moreover, at least one kind of 4-benzyloxy-4'-(2,3- epoxy-2-methylproxy) diphenyl sulfone, an epoxy resin and a crosslinked compound of diphenyl sulfone. |
