PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a frozen food with a new constitution so as to render its thaw cooking and heat cooking efficient, to provide a method for producing such a food, and to provide a frozen food container to be used for its production. SOLUTION: This frozen food is such one as to be frozen while securing bridgedly penetrating elements therein in a dispersed fashion; wherein the above elements either reach a point corresponding to nearly a half of the wall thickness A of this food 2 or penetrate from the bottom of the food 2 toward the wall thickness direction each with a size and arrangement so as not to lose integrated shape of this food 2 after frozen.
