PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine and unify the inner member of a wheel bearing part with the outside joint member of a constant velocity joint part strongly along the axial direction. SOLUTION: The bearing device supports the inner member 3 and the outside joint member 21 of a constant velocity joint part 20 possible to rotate freely on the outer member 1 through a double row rolling element. A stem 30 formed at the end part of the outside joint member 21 is inserted in the insertion hole 9 of the inner member 3. And serration teeth 10, 31 are formed at the inner circumference of the insertion hole 9 and at the outer circumference of the stem 30. A penetration hole 34 penetrating into the stem 30 axially is provided and the tapered planes 34a, 34b are formed on the both end parts of the inner circumference of the penetration hole 34. A tapered plane 41 and a flange 42 are formed at one end part of a coupling shaft 40 inserted in the penetration hole 34 and a cylindrical part 44 is prepared at the other end. The inner member 3 and the outside joint member 21 are coupled axially by the caulking of the cylindrical part 44. The tip of the stem 30 is expanded in diameter by the tapered plane 41 established at one end part of the coupling shaft 40. The inner member 3 and the stem 30 are fitted much tightly to improve the coupling strength.
