摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a jointing method for a precast compound column with easy and goo workability capable of transmitting a force acting on the column in a range of conditions requested by a structural design. SOLUTION: After welding steel pipes 2 together in an upper and lower precast steel pipe concrete column 1, a compressive force transmitting material 12 is filled in a gap between upper and lower end surface S1, S2 facing each other at the concrete portion in this jointing method, in which the upper and lower end surfaces are respectively formed in a plane perpendicular to the column shaft center, a width L of the gap is set to 25 mm to 35 mm, the one end of the precast steel pipe concrete column 1 at the upper side is opened in the lower end surface S2 of the concrete portion 3, an air exhaust hole 9 bent almost to an L-shape in a side view is formed so as to open the side surface of the steel pipe at a position above the gap at the other side, a filling hole 8 for a compressive force transmitting material bent almost to an L-shape in side surface view is formed, and the compressive force transmitting material 12 is filled in the gap from the compressive force transmitting material filling hole 8.
