PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a construction method capable of constructing a building at a low cost which is strong even against typhoons and also to allow the easy transportation of wall bodies with respect to the structure and construction method for a concrete building. SOLUTION: When constructing a concrete building, in a state of installing or erecting wall body 5 finished with siding or a sash window in spaces between the lower surface of a beam portion 3 and a foundation 1 or a top surface of a substructural body or between right and left column portions, concrete is placed for the portions of a column 2, a beam 3 and a slab 4, and a part of lightweight steel frame constituting the wall body 5 is filled up with fresh concrete. In consequence, the wall body 5, column 2 and beam 3 are strongly bonded together and a rigid building can be constructed.
