PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a blockout in a concrete structure. SOLUTION: This device for positioning a blockout 3 comprises a hanging member 1 disposed above a position where the upper surface part of a concrete structure is to be constructed, and a blockout attaching element 2 attached to the hanging member 1 while in a hanging condition and disposed in a position on the upper surface of the concrete structure where the blockout 3 is to be constructed. The blockout 3 is attached in place by fitting it over the blockout attaching element 2 from below.
