The bobbin (10) has an internal portion (12) to enable it to be driven, and an external ring (14) to support the tape. An intermediate structure couples the driven portion and the tape support. The intermediate structure can elastically deform in the radial direction. The tape support has two concentric rings, one internal (26) and the other external (28). The two rings are coupled elastically (30) with a rigidity greater than that of the intermediate structure coupling the driven portion to the tape support, and absorbing the thermal dilation of the external ring by reducing the radial distance (r) between the internal and external rings.
