PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether a printing target document is an intended document or not or printed as intended or not on the side of a transmitting source before starting printing on the side of a transmitting destination in a print system for receiving a print request from an information processor connected by a network and printing a document designated by the relevant print request as many as designated number of copies. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a document attribute extracting part 702 for extracting the attribute (such as document name) of the printing target document, an electronic mail preparing part 705 and an electronic mail transmitting part 708 for preparing/transmitting electronic mail while describing the relevant attribute in the text of the mail. Otherwise, in addition to or in place of the document attribute extracting part 702, a cover image preparing part for preparing the image of the cover of the printing target document or simplified image preparing part for preparing the simplified image of the entire printing target document is prepared and the image prepared thereby is attached to the electronic mail and transmitted.
