PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety by displaying and warning the danger state of roll over in the traveling state and automatically reducing the traveling speed in the danger state. SOLUTION: This roll over preventing device is constituted of a roll angle detecting means 11 of a vehicle body 8, a wheel base selection switch 47 of the vehicle, a steering gear ratio selection switch 48, a steering angle sensor 51 of a steering wheel, a vehicle speed sensor 53, a roll indicator 18 for displaying the roll state of the vehicle body in the form of a drawing, an alarm sound buzzer 19, a buzzer confirming switch 49, and a controller 15 for transmitting a roll danger warning information to the roll indicator and the alarm sound buzzer by calculating the roll state of the vehicle body on the basis of data input from the wheel base selection switch and the steering gear ratio selection switch and signals from the roll angle detecting means, the vehicle speed sensor and the steering angle sensor, and for transmitting a signal for reducing the vehicle speed to a vehicle speed reducing means in the danger state.
