PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of noise at a getting-in/out slope plate for a vehicle. SOLUTION: This getting-in/out slope device for the vehicle is provided with first guide rails 17 with first recessed grooves 17a opposed to each other; a frame 16 provided at its base end part with first rollers 19 rolling in the first recessed grooves; a first stopper member 17b provided on the getting-in/out opening side of the first recessed groove to allow the first roller to abut thereon; and the slope plate 12 pivotally fixed to the tip part of the frame. Second guide rails 21 are provided on both sides of the slop plate 12. The tip part of the frame is provided with second rollers 22 rolling in second recessed grooves 21a, and a second stopper member 21b on which the second rollers abut. A first elastic body 26 is rigidly fixed to the part, facing the first roller, of the first stopper member, and a second elastic body 27 is rigidly fixed to the part, facing the second roller 22, of the second stopper member 21b. The slope plate has an auxiliary slope plate 14, and an elastic body 28 is rigidly fixed to the part, abutting on a main slope plate 13, of the auxiliary slope plate 14.
