PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably and positively transmit a part of a load acting on a side member in a vehicular fore and aft direction to a cross member. SOLUTION: This vehicular floor under body structure has a pair of front side rear floor side members 10 extending in the vehicular fore and aft direction and mutually spaced in a vehicular lateral direction, a pair of rear side rear floor side members 12 extending in the vehicular fore and aft direction and connected to rear ends of corresponding front side rear floor side members by front ends, and a rear floor cross member 14 extending in the vehicular lateral direction and connected to the front side rear floor side members by end parts. The end parts of the rear floor cross member 14 cross the front side rear floor side members 10, and end faces 22 of the front ends of the rear side rear floor side members 12 are adjacent and faced to side faces of the end parts of the rear floor cross member 14 via lid members 24 and walls of receiving parts 20.
