PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve outer appearance performance of a door trim by emphasizing a sense of integrity of a unit panel and the door trim with each other on the door trim for an automobile equipped with the unit panel such as a power window switch, etc. SOLUTION: A unit panel 40 and a door trim upper 20 are regulated to be flush with each other and outer appearance performance is improved by forming a support flange (mounting bearing surface) 231 dropped by one step from a product surface on a peripheral edge of an opening 23 for unit mounting to mount the unit panel 40 and storing and fixing the unit panel 40 on the support flange 231. Additionally, positional regulation in the car cross direction is carried out by setting a parting line PL and engaging a cutout 232 to be required for rapping with a hook 42 of the unit panel so as not to be an under cut structure at the time of rapping the support flange 231.
