PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient communication system where data connection between handsets/terminals and a network is used. SOLUTION: A publicly known system is realized in such a way that a mobile handset or a wired terminal can be provided with a voice command device such as a name dialer or a network coupled with the mobile handset via a mobile connection or with the wired terminal via a wired connection can be provided the voice command device such as the name dialer. By employing the data connection between handsets/terminals and a network the voice command device such as the name dialer can be used via the network, and the system can be more efficient. The system is much more efficient especially by the combination with a discrete voice recognition including a pre-processing in the handsets/terminals and a final processing in the network.
