LUMINOUS STREAMER WITH WIND VELOCITY ROUGH STANDARD NUMBER AND COLOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know a rough wind velocity as a number from the waving angle of a luminous streamer even in rainy night. SOLUTION: Fig. 1 shows that the luminous streamer 1 is fitted to a pole 2 and luminous wind velocity numbers 3, although they are approximate, are given to the pole almost laterally at right angles to the pole from an end of the streamer. Then Fig. 2 shows that the luminous streamer 1 is fitted to the pole and the luminous wind velocity numbers 3 are given to a wind velocity bulletin board 4 fitted to the pole 2 as well while divided into a luminous fine- weather display 5 and a luminous rainy weather display 6 to show differences between the weathers. Here, the luminous wind velocity numbers and other displays are also colored differently while given luminous characteristics.
