PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining data forming method and storage medium with machining data forming method stored therein capable of preventing generating of minute irregularities to improve the finishing precision, compared in the past, in the application to a multi-spindle, particularly, 5-spindle or more NC cutting device. SOLUTION: Machining data are formed so that a tool performs a cutting work at a fixed rotating speed by the angle formed by the tool and a surface to be worked every cutting cutter pass. The inclination is set so that a tangential vector is distributed only in a prescribed quadrant every cutting cutter pass, and machining data are formed so that each cutting cutter pass is cut with a fixed inclination by this inclination. Further, the inclination of the tool axis in the continuing direction of the cutting cutter pass is set to be gradually changed, and each cutting cutter pass is machined at a fixed value by this inclination.
