PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame coupling structure of a cabinet for containing an electric/electronic apparatus exhibiting excellent strength and waterproofness by simplifying the shape at the end part of a frame and eliminating the need of an intricate cut. SOLUTION: End part of the outer side face 4 of three orthogonal frames 1a, 1b and 1c constituting the framework of a cabinet has a pointed shape defined by two cutting planes of±45 deg. with respect to planes defined by two other frames. These end parts are coupled directly each other or through a corner member 20 of the same shape as that of the end part thus constituting a rigid corner part.
