PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-loss high-frequency switch which is good in isolation. SOLUTION: A transmitting terminal 101 is connected to the anode of a first diode D101 via a first capacitor element C101. The anode side of the first transmitting terminal 101 is connected to a control terminal 102 via an inductor element L101 and a resistance element R101. A receiving terminal 103 is connected to the anode of a second diode D102 via a second capacitor element C102. The cathode of the second diode D102 is connected to a ground. The other separated end on the anode side of the second diode D102 is connected to a transmission line TL101 having one-fourth wave length in the used frequency electric length. The other end of the transmission line TL101 is connected to an antenna terminal via a third capacitor C103 as well as to the cathode of the first diode D101. The ON resistance in the first diode is lower than that in the second diode, and at the time of OFF, the capacity of the first diode is larger than of the second diode.
