PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the tuning band as an oscillator becoming narrower than that of a tuning circuit 1, when the increase in the output efficiency of a frequency which is twice the oscillation frequency is sought. SOLUTION: The microwave voltage control oscillator is composed of a tuning circuit 1 and an active device circuit 2, and is provided with an input terminal of the control voltage for controlling the junction capacity of a varactor diode 5, composing a resonance circuit 4 of the tuning circuit 1 and an input terminal of the control voltage for controlling the junction capacity of a varactor diode 22, composing a resonance circuit 21 of the active device circuit 2.
