The invention relates to novel sulfamic acid amides and their use as active ingredients in the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions. The invention also concerns related aspects including pharmaceutical compositions containing one or more of those compounds and especially their use as endothelin receptor antagonists. General Formula (I) wherein R¹ represents -CH(OH)-CH₃, -CH₂-CH₂OH, -CH₂COOH, -CH₂-CH₂-CH₂OH, -CH₂-CH₂-COOH; R² represents 4-bromophenyl, 4-chlorophenyl, 4-methylphenyl, 2-methoxyphenoxy, 3-methoxyphenoxy, 2-chloro-5-methoxy-phenoxy; R³ represents bromine or chlorine; and optically pure enantiomers, mixtures of enantiomers such as racemates, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
