Torque measuring unit has wheel with springy element. It is arranged as signal wheel with sandwich-like springy element, this has identical measuring, for instance toothed, discs that are fixed without possibility of motion on coaxial shafts of engine and executive mechanism, installed with possibility of springy mutual radial shift by value proportional to increasing load on shafts. Each disc has contactless connection to pulse indicator for registration of frequency of rotation of shafts at permanent or varying load, this leads to phase shift of coming information pulses.
