A method for implementing a location management system using an RFID series is provided to easily/quickly construct an RFID system with small human resource and effectively manage a position of a target space by installing lots of RFID tags at the same time and automatically computing an ID of each installed RFID tag. A place in need of the RFID tags is determined in the target space. A distance between the RFID tags and the RFID series suitable for the distance is selected. The first RFID series is installed from one corner of the target space. The ID of the first/last RFID tag of the first RFID series is read/stored by using an RFID reader. The second RFID series is installed by crossing the first RFID series. The ID of the closest RFID tag in a reverse direction from one crossing point between the first and second RFID series, and the distance between the RFID tag and the crossing point are stored for each RFID series, and an angle between two RFID series is measured/stored. The ID of the first/last RFID tag of the second RFID series is read and stored by using the RFID reader. Previous steps are repeated until all needed positions in the target space are checked.
