PURPOSE:To enable the alignment of subtraction in a short time through a simple operation by segmenting respective optional two parts of two sheets of pictures, and seeking the position of top and bottom and left and right according to the segmented pictures of one side, and seeking rotation quantity by using the segmented pictures of the other side. CONSTITUTION:Interested areas ROI 1a, 2a for photographing are set on the right upper corners, for instance, of two sheets of imaging plates IP1, IP2, and the pictures in ROI 1a, 2a are segmented. Then, shift quantities X0, Y0 to minimize entropy E in ROI 1a, 2a are sought by a two-dimensional Newton method. Next, ROI 1b, 2b are set on the left lower corners of IP1, IP2, and the pictures in ROI 1b, 2b are segmented. Then, the rotation quantity theta is sought by a one-dimensional Newton method so that the calculated entropy of a subtraction picture becomes minimum. Accordingly, by executing above mentioned extreme value seeking twice, the pictures of two sheets of IP1, IP2 can be aligned in a short time and correctly through a simple operation. |
