A headlight structure for a vehicle is provided to enable a driver to secure a visual field at night by rotating rotary reflective plates installed on left and right sides of a headlight according to rotation of a steering wheel. Rotary reflective plates are installed on left and right sides of a headlight, and a sensor is attached at a position between a steering wheel and an upper cover to detect operation of the steering wheel. If the steering wheel is rotated, the sensor detects the rotation of the steering wheel to output an electric signal to a driving motor. The driving motor actuates the rotary reflective plates in a direction corresponding to the rotation of the steering wheel.
