A water cleaning mop is provided to conveniently perform a water-clean operation by being light in comparison with a conventional cleaning mop, and to easily perform a dehydration operation and a drying operation. In a water cleaning mop, a floorcloth member is fastened and fixed to a rod member(10) which a user can grasp by a fastening member(30). A non-woven fabric having a thickness of 0.1 to 4 mm is cut to ribbon shapes of width of 5 to 30 mm to form a plurality of unit floorcloth members(20). The plurality of unit floorcloth members is formed by needle-punching single fibers including viscose rayon. At least one kind of single fiber such as polyester, polypropilene, and cotton fibers are included in the non-woven fabric in addition to the viscose rayon. The fastening member includes an upper bracket having a fixing hole at a center, and a lower bracket having a protrusion unit hung on the fixing hole.
