The invention refers to medicine, in particular to dentistry. The method of treating the chronic parotitis to children consists in that there are administered antihistaminic, antipyretic preparations, analgetics, vitamins, there are made intraglandular instillations with antiseptic solutions, the physiotherapy, the gland massage, the salivation stimulation. Concomitantly it is administered the BioR remedy, for one capsule containing 0,005 g of active substance, once a day, per os and there are applied compresses with 0,1% BioR gel once a day during 7à10 days. After disappearance of purulent discharges from the gland it is intraglandularly administered through the parotid duct 0,1% BioR gel once a day during 3à5 days.
