An insertion head structure of mini fuse inserting device is provided to enable an index shuttle and a feed push bar to simultaneously move back by opening a side wall of a transfer groove formed in an index shuttle, thereby reducing time required to insert a mini fuse and accordingly productivity. An insertion head structure of mini fuse inserting device comprises the following parts: an index shuttle(6) which receives a fuse supplied by a feeder and moves back and forth; and a feed push bar(8) pushes and transfers the fuse forwardly transferred by the index shuttle. In a side of the index shuttle, the fuse supplied by the feeder is inserted. A transfer groove(4) is formed in the index shuttle. A forward side wall of transfer groove is opened.
