A link structure for a rear sub-frame of a vehicle is provided to prevent the rear sub-frame from rotating even if shock is applied to a rear wheel driving wheel by adding a link to the rear sub-frame of the vehicle. A link structure for a rear sub-frame(1) of a vehicle comprises a first link(10) having a first end connected to a vehicle body and a second end connected to a front member(1a) of the sub-frame and a second link(20) having a first end connected to the vehicle body and a second end connected to a rear member(1b) of the rear sub-frame. The first and second lines are connected to left and right portions of the vehicle, respectively. The first end of the first link is connected to a right portion of the front member and the first end of the second link is connected to a left portion of the rear member.
