PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a piston part and reduce the weight by saving a space of a pilot passage of a pump body. SOLUTION: A spool 107 and a piston 103 are faced to each other in a first pilot chamber 101B housed in a case 101 and formed in a cartridge, a spring is interposed between them, and the piston is energized by a set spring 108 mounted on a guide part 102A of a collar 102 fixed to the case 101 inserted in a body 100 and housed in a case so as to be freely slid. A second pilot chamber 101C communicated with the first pilot chamber 101B through a throttle 103C is provided on the back surface side of the piston, and the pressure receiving area 103B of the piston facing the second pilot chamber is set larger in relation to the pressure receiving area 103A of the piston facing the first pilot chamber. |
