A cassette system of a bill receiving machine is provided to reduce the size of a cassette by installing devices for transferring and pressing bills, in the bill receiving machine and to prevent frequent breakdowns. In a cassette system of a bill receiving machine(300), a moving plate(320) moves into/out through one side at a cassette insertion unit(310) of the bill receiving machine. A cassette(330) is inserted at the upper side of the moving plate by an insertion bar and composed of an inner space, an input port(332) formed on the upper side to insert bills, and doors(331) installed at both sides to discharge the bills. A fixing plate(340) is installed at the inside of the cassette insertion unit to fix the cassette and open the input port when the cassette moves into the cassette insertion unit of the moving plate.
