The invention relates to a method for decomposing fiber by using a cellulose instead of polymer materials to increase a surface area of the fiber which can be filled with fillers. The method comprises the steps of: decomposing pulp to a decomposition rate of 50 degree SR by using 0.3 wt.% (based on the solid pulp) of the cellulase having an active value of 5,000 unit comprising 67% of EXO type coenzyme distribution and 33% of ENDO type coenzyme distribution; making the zeta-rearrangement to 0 by adding a rearrangement counter agent NALCO 7677; adding 50% (based on the solid paper) of filler such as calcium carbonate etc., followed by stirring for 30 minutes; to maker papers.
