The arrangement has a ventilation opening (12) provided at a body unit (10) and covered by a ventilation flap (22). Positioning openings (18) are provided at the body unit. Corresponding positioning elements (36) engage into the positioning openings. The positioning elements are attached in a boundary region (26) of the flap. A flexible seal element (34) is provided at the flap, which rotates the boundary region (32) of the flap and seals the boundary region (32) against the body unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting a ventilation flap at a body unit.
