FIELD: foundry practice. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry practice. Particularly it relates to centrifugal casting of forming rolls with coating made of alloyed cast iron and core with necks made of cast iron with globular graphite. Flux contains, wt %: quicklime CaO 33-37; calcium fluoride CaF2 18-21; borax Na2B4O7 13-15; aluminium and magnesium oxide Al2O3 and MgO 5.0-7.5; sodium silicaten Na2Om SiO2 is the rest, at ratio of aluminium and magnesium oxides 3:1 accordingly. ^ EFFECT: flux allows high protection and refine properties, providing firm joint of two different by chemistry cast ions: high-alloy chrome, nickel and other elements for operating layer of roller and cast iron with globular graphite for formation of core and necks of roller.
