PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device which achieves simple production facility construction and a workpiece production method.SOLUTION: A processing device 1 comprises plural robots for cooperating each other and performing processing to a same workpiece W. In the plural robots, a first robot 10 is included. The first robot 10 comprises a revolution part 12, a first arm part 13, a second arm part 14, a wrist part 15 and a tip end part 16 which are connected in series, and further comprises: a first actuator 21 for revolving the revolution part 12 around a first axis line Ax1; a second actuator 22 for swinging the first arm part 13 around a second axis line Ax2; a third actuator 23 for swinging the second arm part 14 around a third axis line Ax3; plural posture adjustment actuators 24-26 for adjusting a posture of the tip end part 16; and a distance adjustment actuator 27 for adjusting a distance between the second and third axis lines Ax2 and Ax3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
