PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that convenience of users cannot be enhanced due to learning of an intention estimation device using a log of a natural language of a plurality of users.SOLUTION: A relay server comprises a pre-update statistical model and updated statistical model. The intention estimation device comprises: a wrong data extraction unit which extracts wrong data for which the pre-update statistical model can obtain a correct answer but the updated statistical model cannot obtain a correct answer; an opposition data extraction unit which extracts opposition data which is learning data being a factor that does not enable the wrong data to obtain a correct answer; and a data correction unit which compares priority in association with a text which is the wrong data and priority included in the learning data being the opposition data and when the priority in association with a text which is the wrong data is larger, corrects a learning data group for increasing an influence on creation of the statistical model in a learning unit by the learning data including the wrong data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
