PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caliper assembly capable of restricting non-fitting of an inner shim and an outer shim.SOLUTION: A caliper assembly of this invention is constituted in such a way that an outside location of a rotor radial direction of a caliper 20 is formed with opening parts 23a exposing its inner side, an inner shim 5 has the first protruding part 53 formed at a position corresponding to the opening part 23a, protruded from the inner shim main body 51 to cover a part of an outside end surface 420c in a rotor radial direction of brake pads 4, the outer shim 6 has the second protruding parts 65 protruded from an outer shim main body 61 and formed at a position corresponding to the opening 23a to cover a part of the first protruding parts 53 at outside in a rotor radial direction of the first protruding parts 53, and a color of the first inspection surface 53a acting as an outside surface in a rotor radial direction of the first protruding parts 53 is different from a color of the second inspection surfaces 65b acting as an outside surface in the rotor radial direction of the second protruding parts 65.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
