PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a device for guiding a flexible member.SOLUTION: A device (1) for guiding a flexible member (6), is equipped with a drum (4) mounted for rotations about a drum shaft (5), and a pulley 2 mounted for rotations about a pulley shaft 3. The drum shaft and the pulley shaft are inclined. A path of the flexible member including first and second drum winding parts (7 and 9) on first and second fixing drum diametrical direction planes separated in an axial direction, a pulley winding part (8) on a fixing pulley diametrical direction plane, and first and second connection parts 7a and 7b is defined. The connection parts (7a and 7b) are respectively positioned on the first and second drum diametrical direction planes, and both are positioned on the pulley diametrical direction planes. When being used, if the drum (4) and the pulley 2 are rotated with the flexible member (6), the first and second drum winding parts remain on the fixing drum diametrical direction planes, and the pulley winding part remains on the pulley fixing diametrical direction plane.
